Shared and VPS accounts are provisioned automatically within minutes of signup — you’ll receive cPanel credentials by email as soon as payment clears. Dedicated servers are typically ready within a few hours, depending on configuration.

Yes. cPanel is included on all Shared, Reseller and Cloud plans, and is available on VPS and Dedicated plans by default. You can manage files, databases, email, SSL and DNS from one familiar interface.

WordPress is available as a 1-click install from cPanel on every plan. We pre-tune it for LiteSpeed caching out of the box, so your site benefits from our performance stack from the first request.

Shared, Reseller and Cloud plans are fully managed by Titan. VPS and Dedicated plans come unmanaged by default — you have full root access — but you can add a managed services upgrade if you’d prefer our team to look after the OS, security patches and stack tuning for you.

Migrations & Transfers

Yes — free of charge, on every plan. Our migration team handles WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, Drupal and most cPanel-to-cPanel transfers. We do it with zero downtime and only switch DNS once we’ve verified your site is loading correctly on our infrastructure.

Most single-site migrations complete the same day. Larger WooCommerce stores and reseller migrations with many cPanel accounts typically take 24–48 hours. We schedule the DNS cut-over around your business hours so customers never see downtime.

Yes. Upgrading between Shared, Reseller, Cloud, VPS and Dedicated is in-place — your site, mailboxes and databases come with you, and the upgraded resources kick in the moment the change completes. You only pay the prorated difference.

Yes — one-click staging is available on all Cloud, VPS and Dedicated plans, and on most Shared plans. Push to staging, test, then promote to production when you’re happy. We keep automated snapshots of each environment.

Performance & Security

We guarantee 99.99% uptime on every plan, backed by infrastructure we own and operate ourselves. If we miss that target, we issue service credit automatically — no ticket needed.

We standardise on LiteSpeed across all shared, reseller and cloud tiers — typically 30–60% faster than equivalent plans running Apache or Nginx, especially under load. VPS and Dedicated customers can choose their own stack.

Yes — free Cloudflare DNS, CDN and DDoS protection are included on every plan. We can also wire up your existing Cloudflare account if you already have one, or upgrade you to Cloudflare Pro/Business plans on request.

Yes. Let’s Encrypt SSL is provisioned automatically for every site we host and renews itself indefinitely. Paid extended-validation and wildcard certificates are also available if your business needs them.

We take daily off-site backups on every plan, retained for 30 days. You can restore a single file, a database, a mailbox or your entire account at any time from cPanel — no support ticket required.
